Return Policy: CoffeeGroupie.com

In our attempt to provide an excellent online shopping experience with CoffeeGroupie.com, we offer a 100% refund to customers who are dissatisfied with products purchased from our online coffee outlet. However, you must be in accordance with a few guidelines:

  1. Contact our customer service department within 12 days of your order’s delivery to receive an RMA number so that we can recognize and process your return. We cannot process your return if you do not obtain this information before sending back your merchandise. You can contact us by e-mail at groovystores@neboweb.com or by phone at 1-866-845-8493.

 

  1. The remainder of the unused/damaged product must be sent to CoffeeGroupie.com, 12230 Cumming HWY, Canton, GA 30115 at the customer’s expense.

 

  1. CoffeeGroupie.com is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipment of merchandise to the customer. However, we will accommodate an exchange of the product as long as the customer contacts us within 24-36 hours of the order’s arrival. Failure to contact the customer service department in this time frame will void your approval for a return of the damaged goods.

 

  1. If you would like to exchange your merchandise for another product, it must be of equal value to the product you are returning. Once your merchandise is sent back to our shipping department, we will inspect it for damage and assess the need for additional charges before the new item is shipped.

 

  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs are considered to be part of your transaction with CoffeeGroupie.com. In the instance of a return for a credit or an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge back to us and any damage to the product that is incurred in transit to our shipping department. If the product was received damaged or defective, we will refund the initial shipping charge and send you a new product, but again, you must contact CoffeeGroupie.com’s customer service department within 24-36 hours of the product’s arrival to receive this approval.
